How to get help fast
- Email jeremiah@getbizsuite.com with your account email, the OS / app version (Settings → About), and a screenshot if you have one.
- If a charge looks wrong: include the transaction id from Smart Wallet → History.
- If the app crashes: pull-to-refresh on Home does a soft-restart; if it still crashes, force-quit and reopen.
- For App Review or platform queries: include "App Review" in the subject so it threads to the front of the queue.
Common questions
- How do I cancel a subscription? Pro: billing.stripe.com. Or email and we'll cancel for you.
- Does MnemoPay store my card? No. Payment is tokenised via Stripe; raw card numbers never reach our servers.
- How does the Agent Credit Score work? See the FICO explainer.
- Where's the API key after checkout? The /thanks page polls Stripe for ~60s after payment and shows it inline; it also lands in your email.
Security & privacy
- Report a vulnerability: email with "SECURITY:" in the subject. Standard 90-day disclosure.
- Data deletion (Apple 5.1.1(v)): two taps in mobile, or email us and we'll process within 30 days.
